The Catholic & Hindu Wedding Fusion!

Oh. Em. Gee. Where do I even start?!

Margarete & Rahil planned the most beautiful fusion wedding, incorporating both their Indian and Irish heritages. We started off with some seperate preparation shots in the morning, before heading to the Catholic church in Syston for their ceremony.

Both families got stuck into the proceedings, just as they had the night before at their Chundri celebrations and the bond / union created pure, heartwarming magic.

After the pair had tied the knot, the couple, the family & the literal bus-full of Irishness headed over to the simply STUNNING Rutland Hall, overlooking Rutland Water. It began with lakeside drinks & canapés whilst we shimmied off to take some romantic pictures of the newlyweds. Afterwards, carnage ensued on the terrace trying to arrange the cattle {I mean guests}, and getting them to behave long enough for their group shots!

Then it was on to the reception for champagne & fireworks, the wedding breakfast {somehow catering for every taste in the room}, a few rather good speeches & then naturally, being FERAL on the dancefloor.

Ladies & Gentlemen, this is how you DO a wedding.
