Charlotte and Sean’s autumn wedding at Warwick House in Warwickshire was every bit as bold, fun, and full of personality as they are. A day that never tried to be anything other than them! Laidback, joyful, a little bit chaotic in the best way, and completely unforgettable.

From our very first phone call, I knew this was going to be a good one. We instantly clicked. It was one of those conversations where everything just flows, and I remember thinking, these are my kind of people. That feeling only grew stronger at their pre-shoot, which was honestly just a laugh-a-minute from start to finish. No awkwardness, no stiffness, just two people completely at ease, having fun & being silly together.

And that’s exactly what their wedding day became…

Getting Ready

Charlotte spent the morning in Warwick House’s stunning bridal suite, surrounded by her bridesmaids and flooded with the most beautiful natural light pouring through the large windows of the iconic building. The room had that calm-but-excited energy, laughter, anticipation and the occasional happy tear sneaking in.

Meanwhile, Sean arrived in style…

…through the fog, on a motorbike, with his best man.

Effortlessly cool doesn’t even cover it.

The boys were exactly as you’d expect, with banter flying, nerves disguised as jokes, and plenty of antics to keep things lively.

It was the perfect contrast: calm, emotional energy with the girls… and full-on craze and laughter with the boys.

The Ceremony at Warwick House

The ceremony took place in the banquetting hall, which had been transformed into something incredibly personal by Charlotte’s styling. Soft pinks and greens ran through everything, perfectly balanced with wild, organic florals from Canyon Bloom Flower Bar that made it feel like the outside had been brought in.

And then there were the cakes. Everywhere. Naturally. Charlotte being a wedding industry cake baker herself meant this wasn’t just décor—it was personal, playful, and completely on brand for her.

There was even the subtle smell of white chocolate drifting through the space, which somehow made everything feel even more magical.

Charlotte walked down the aisle with her dad, and two of her best friends delivered readings that had everyone laughing one minute and welling up the next. That was the tone of the whole ceremony really—equal parts heartfelt and hilarious, with a lovely streak of silliness running right through it.

Couple Portraits

After the ceremony, we headed into the grounds of Warwick House for couple portraits. Autumn had done its thing perfectly—the light was soft, warm, and golden, wrapping everything in that seasonal glow that just makes everything feel cinematic without trying too hard.

Charlotte and Sean were exactly as they’d been all day—relaxed, playful, completely in their own world.

We also made sure to grab some shots with the squad—their incredible group of friends, who I’ve had the pleasure of photographing before. And honestly, they never disappoint. Big personalities, bigger energy, and absolutely no shortage of chaos in the best possible way.

The Wedding Breakfast

The reception space was stunning—soft pinks, layered foliage, florals, and candlelight everywhere. It was warm, inviting, and full of personality, just like the couple themselves.

Charlotte and Sean made their entrance to the whole room throwing napkins in the air to T-Shirt Song by Don Broco, which set the tone instantly—fun, loud, and completely unapologetic.

A curved top table brought everyone together: the couple, bridesmaids, best man, and best woman all sat side by side, making the whole setup feel intimate and connected.

Speeches were heartfelt, funny, and emotional in equal measure, followed by drinking games that quickly got everyone into full celebration mode. The atmosphere throughout was incredibly relaxed—no pressure, no formality, just people having the absolute best time together.

There was even a dedicated games room, which was constantly full of laughter and friendly competition right through the afternoon.

Evening Celebrations

And then came the evening.

The drinks flowed, the dance floor filled, and the moves came out in full force. That’s probably all that needs saying really—because if you know, you know.

It was the perfect ending to a day that never once tried to be anything other than what it was: fun, honest, and completely them.

Final Thoughts

Some weddings just feel effortless to photograph—not because they’re simple, but because they’re real. Charlotte and Sean’s day was exactly that. Nothing forced, nothing overly structured, just a celebration that reflected them completely.

A laidback, joy-filled, autumn wedding in Warwickshire that I honestly didn’t want to end.
